I wanted to tell you about my success with PATHS.

Six weeks ago, I started my program Just for fun, one module I selected was "Mass Muscle's Fast" (I don't exercise or workout, so this is a great test). I am getting definition in my biceps and through my body. Yippee.

The other modules I have been using are the self-employment and goal setting and planning. I have been getting results that are very measurable and improving constantly.

I am improving on my daily planning and have been accomplishing more daily because of goal setting. Mind you, I am doing planning and goal setting with excitement, not begrudgingly. Business is amazing!!!

I have so many stories I could share, from new customers and opportunities to an old internet affiliate...

Hi, this is Katherine in Florida. I have a website with PATHS and am on a few of the modules.

I have suffered with severe depression and was overweight and very unfocused and un-motivated. Within two months of using PATHS, there is absolutely no depression left and I have lost weight and am very goal centered.

I did the goals, mood elevation and self-esteem, and the business. All areas I have improved and I am ecstatic and want to share this with as many people as I can. ...

Oh I do love this module and I think it's a basic I think everyone should start with this module. This module worked quite quickly for me, I started feeling differently about myself and better about myself, but I found that I still behaved the same way around other people as I always did. When it really started to do tons of work for me was when I paired it with Trauma Free, I think these 2 modules really go well together. For people who are starting Paths and would like some suggestions as to how to start, I think they are a very good starting place for everyone.

Amazing module! It's a slow-moving one for me but that is nice because it was also deep for me. It is like taking an emotional roller...
